Chandler scrap comes off new roofs and old server rooms

Chandler’s master plans still generate builder copper and studs, especially where a phase is closing out. The other load is commercial: campus and industrial buildings along the price-and-tech corridors that refresh floors of cable and rack steel on a landlord’s calendar.

Household junk is ordinary by comparison — an AC condenser and a car. Keep the campus material documented. A coil from a house and a pallet of cable from a suite should not share a description.
